2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us.

  • Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made through secure methods available on our website (e.g., UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of:

    • Payment issues or suspected fraud.

    • Product unavailability.

    • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors.

If we cancel your order, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural disasters, festivals).

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Due to the fragile and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a candle is delivered unless:

    • The product is damaged during transit,

    • Or you received the wrong item.

Steps to claim replacement/refund:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@opaltrendz.com or via WhatsApp with clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  2. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per your preference.

  3. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Note: Minor variations in color, fragrance intensity, or design are natural in handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects.

5. Product Information & Safety

  • All our candles are handcrafted using natural soy wax and high-quality fragrances.

  • Safety Instructions:

    • Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable objects.

    • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

    • Place candles on a heat-resistant surface.

    • Do not burn for more than 3-4 hours at a stretch.

OpalTrendz is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including images, product designs, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of OpalTrendz.

  • You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, images, or website content are free of errors.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat.
